The slow from OA also secures probably 1-2 kills almost every game I play it, that I might not have gotten otherwise. Can sometimes take the quest at 1 with this build if you think you'll stack a lot and want a better lategame. You can sometimes also take Mind Control and Cold Embrace at 10 and 13. I don't always think it's correct, Lost Soul is roughly a 25-30% sustained dps increase in most cases. At the higher levels of play, sometimes you'll see people swap Lost Soul at 7 for Festering this is because it enables target swapping and fights generally also go quicker at higher levels.
